My work lives at the intersection of change, purpose, and healing. As a reinvention coach, I help individuals navigate transitions and rediscover purpose when familiar paths no longer fit. As a nonprofit facilitator, I work with organizations through their own seasons of evolution, helping them realign vision, structure, and impact. And as a grief educator, I honor the losses that inevitably accompany transformation — teaching that grief is not just about death, but about the endings that make space for new beginnings.
